- Because it ends at 7, it doubles as an early dinner. That is the piece most write-ups miss.
For residents on the west side of town, the market is a fifteen-minute walk from most of the neighborhoods off Highland and Prentice. For anyone driving in from the east side, Water Street parking fills up around 4:30, so the trick is to arrive by 4 or plan to walk in from Blair Square.

Rail Trail Flatbread's flagship remains in Hudson, but the Milford location that opened in a renovated bank building in late 2023 is the closest branch and worth the fifteen-minute drive south if the Anthony's wait is long.
The BBQ Thursday exception. Out Post Farm on Prentice Street is the local farm-to-table piece that people either know deeply or not at all. Their own site confirms that Smoker Tuesdays and BBQ Thursdays are back for the 2026 season, using homegrown turkey and vegetables from the farm's own fifty acres of field and orchard between the Holliston and Ashland lines.
